Welcome to Kitse ("Service", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You may browse the Service anonymously with limited functionality. To access full features, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number or signing in with Google. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"), including profile photos, meal menus, and messages. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• List products or services that violate applicable laws or regulations

5. Transactions

The Service facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to these transactions. Sellers are responsible for:

• Accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Compliance with all applicable food safety, licensing, and business regulations
• Fulfillment and delivery of orders
• Handling returns and disputes with buyers

Buyers acknowledge that products are provided by independent sellers, not by us. We do not guarantee product quality, safety, or delivery.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment provider's terms. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We do not verify the identity, credentials, or licensing status of sellers. Users interact at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from transactions between users.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
